Use a small roller or fingertips to massage and apply pressure to reflex zones on the face (striped areas in the picture) with balm until desired results are achieved. Repeat three times a day.
Caution: To get good results quickly, avoid ice, cold water, orange juice, and bathing with cold water at night. Patients should eat ginger, turmeric, and hot food.
