Step 1: Apply moderate pressure to the following points for 3 to 30 seconds each: 127, 43, 189, 61, 491, 565, 3, 467, 188, 188c, 188d, 34, 102, 100, 130, 103, 126, 300, 16, 0, 14. (Points 188c and 188d are the intersection of the line from point 188 with lines C and D, and are located in a curved arrangement along the edge of the orbital bone.)

Step 2: Scratch the head from front to back 60 to 100 times with a large rake or DienChan comb, or use a pestle to rub the head to locate live DienChan points from front to back.

Step 3: Use a 2-in-1 massage stick to rub the neck and shoulders, and use the large end of a 2-headed probe or detector to force glide the neck and shoulder areas, pressing any painful points slowly for 3 to 30 seconds.

Step 4: Warm points 0, 127, 43, 126, 130 and the neck and shoulder areas with wormwood. If treating a baby or child, use your fingers to press and apply Salonpas instead of a probe to avoid injury.
