Regimen for Neck, Shoulder, and Nape Stiffness and Fatigue
Use a small Roller or finger tips to apply some balm and press and rub the striped areas on the face (as shown in the figure) until the sensation of pain disappears or reduces. Repeat this technique 3 times a day for serious cases.
CAUTION: To get good results, avoid cold water, ice, ice cream, night bathing in cold water, and sleeping in air-conditioned rooms. Instead, drink hot water mixed with ginger extract and eat hot food.
